Collection: Hard Hats

PIP and JSP hard hats and safety helmets for construction, utility, mining and industrial crews, all meeting ANSI/ISEA Z89.1. Choose cap style or full brim, HDPE or fiberglass shells, vented or non-vented, with 4-, 6- or 8-point ratchet suspensions.

Type I or Type II?

Type I hard hats protect against blows to the top of the head. Type II helmets, such as the JSP MK8 Evolution and PIP Traverse with Mips, also protect against side impacts and are a common choice for work at height and in confined spaces.

Which electrical class?

Class E shells are tested to 20,000 volts and Class G to 2,200 volts. Vented hard hats are Class C and should not be used around electrical hazards. Check each listing for its type and class.
