Terms of Sale

I. Acceptance of Terms*

ReflectiveOutfitters reserves the right to accept or reject any and all orders, at any time, for any reason, regardless of the manner in which the order is made. ReflectiveOutfitters further reserves the right to limit or deny the use of promotions to customers, including, but not limited to, the right to refuse free shipping and other promotions to unauthorized resellers and unauthorized redistributors. ReflectiveOutfitters reserves the right to update these Terms of Sale at any time without notice to you. II. Place of Sale*

ReflectiveOutfitters reserves the right to accept or reject any and all orders, at any time, for any reason, regardless of the manner in which the order is made. Orders become valid, and the sale shall be deemed made in Lexington, Kentucky, subject to the terms set forth herein, when accepted by ReflectiveOutfitters in Lexington, Kentucky. All sales are subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and the venue for all disputes shall be in the courts of Kentucky. No change, modification, or revision of your order shall be valid unless agreed to in writing by ReflectiveOutfitters. Any terms and conditions set forth in the buyer's purchase order shall not materially alter terms and conditions set forth herein.

III. Restrictions on the Purchase of Specific Products*

ReflectiveOutfitters may restrict the sale of any product such as, but not limited to, uniforms with public safety, government, copyrighted, or trademarked logos or decoration. Orders for such products must be shipped to an approved address. If shipping to an address other than the approved address, authorization must be provided. ReflectiveOutfitters may verify employment of any person ordering such items. Placing an order for products that are subject to any legal restrictions, affirms to ReflectiveOutfitters that the purchaser is authorized to make such purchase, and is in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws concerning same. 

IV. Pricing on the Website*

ReflectiveOutfitters reserves the right to correct website errors, including, but not limited to, the right to cancel a processing order if the item is priced incorrectly.

V. Special order, or Made-to-Order Items*

Special order or products made to customer specifications are sold as non-returnable. Report all discrepancies within 72 hours. For assistance, contact support@reflectiveapparel.com.
