One coat, seven ways to wear it. The 343-1756 All Conditions Coat pairs a waterproof ANSI Type R Class 3 outer coat with an insulated inner jacket that zips out, drops its sleeves to become a vest, and reverses to black. Your crew gets rain, winter and in-between protection from a single purchase.

Seven ways to wear it

1. Full system: outer coat with the insulated inner jacket zipped in for the coldest, wettest days.
2. Outer coat with inner vest: warm core, less bulk in the arms.
3. Outer coat alone: waterproof rain protection in milder weather.
4. Inner jacket alone: an insulated Class 2 hi-vis jacket for cold, dry days.
5. Inner vest alone: zip the sleeves off for a Class 2 hi-vis vest.
6. Inner jacket reversed: turn it to the black side for after-hours wear.
7. Inner vest reversed: a black insulated vest off the job.
