Processing and shipping times

  • Stock (blank) items: ship in 3ā€“5 business days.
  • Decorated orders (screen printing, embroidery, DTF, reflective logos): ship in about 10 business days. Allow extra time during the fall/winter outerwear season.

Orders may ship from more than one warehouse and arrive in separate packages. You'll receive tracking information by email when your order ships.

Shipping rates

  • United States: $19.90 flat rate for orders up to 45 lb.
  • Orders over 45 lb and bulk shipments: contact us at support@reflectiveoutfitters.com for a freight quote.

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Damaged or missing items

Please inspect your order on arrival and report any damage, shortages or wrong items within 72 hours to support@reflectiveoutfitters.com. See our refund policy for returns.
